14-day returns

Not feeling the relief? You can return any Neckora device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as it's in its original condition with packaging and accessories.

How to request a return

• Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 411 0341 or email lovenest101@gmail.com with your order number.
• We'll arrange a free pickup across the UAE (COD orders included).
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Warranty

Every Neckora product includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something stops working through no fault of your own, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

What we can't accept

• Items damaged by misuse, drops, or water exposure (outside the warranty terms).
• Products returned after the 14-day window without a warranty claim.
• Items missing major components or heavily soiled.

Refund method

For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by bank transfer or store credit — just share your preferred details. Card or online payments are reversed to the original method.
