Where we ship

Neckora currently ships across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Jabel Ali, Dubai.

Delivery times

• Dubai & Sharjah: same-day or next-day delivery on orders placed before 3 PM GST.
• Other Emirates: 1–3 business days.
• Pre-order items: clearly marked; dispatched within the stated window.

Shipping fees

• Free standard delivery on all orders of AED 200 or more.
• Orders under AED 200 carry a flat AED 15 delivery fee.
• No hidden handling charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prefer to pay when it arrives? We offer Cash on Delivery on every UAE order — no card details required at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready with the courier.

Tracking

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos where possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
