By placing an order you confirm the details are correct. All prices are in AED and include UAE VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, with a full refund.
We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE and online payment where available. For COD, payment is collected by the courier on delivery.
Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for full details.
You may return items within 14 days per our Returns policy, and every product carries a 12-month warranty against defects.
Neckora devices are for personal wellness use. Follow the included instructions. If you have a medical condition (e.g. pacemakers, acute injury, pregnancy), consult a doctor before use — especially EMS/TENS devices.
